KARI CONTE:
Kari Conte is a New York-based curator and writer. Since 2010, she has been the Director of Programs and Exhibitions at the International Studio & Curatorial Program (ISCP) where she leads residencies, exhibitions, and public programs. She has curated numerous international exhibitions, site-specific commissions and performances including Aqueous Earth, currently on view at ISCP through January 22, 2016. This month, Sternberg Press published her monograph Mierle Laderman Ukeles: Seven Work Ballets.
BARBARA WING:
Barbara Wing is manager of exhibitions and curator at Brooklyn Public Library. She has been part of the library’s Programs and Exhibitions team for the past 12 years. Ms. Wing’s background combines the performing arts, non-profit and corporate worlds. She previously served as director of artist services at IMG Artists/New York, where she managed and marketed classical musicians, dance companies and cutting-edge attractions. She earned a bachelor of arts in music from Boston University along with a certificate in events marketing and management from New York University. Ms. Wing received her MBA in international marketing specializing in luxury brand management, from ESSEC Business School in Paris (Ecole Supérieure des Sciences Economiques et Commerciales).
