Rebecca Aidlin
Rebecca Aidlin has been working on a grouping of watercolor paintings, each about 5.5″ x 8.25″, called Paul’s Kite, to be installed in an interior window of her uncle Paul’s home office. The final piece will measure about 51″ square, filling the entire window. The paintings, done on thin paper, will be mounted on rice paper. From the office you will see the front of the piece, while light will still come through to the interior room through the rice paper and the paintings, with the something of the effect of stained glass.
