Screening of Community Garden and lila strähne @ cHURCH OF MONIKA
Ruth is an artist and filmmaker based in Vienna, Austria. At Open Source Gallery she will show two slide installations in digital form that have people in relation with nature in common. Both works are 8 min long and although using still photography they refer to film. For Community Garden she portrayed gardeners and gardens in New York City for over three years. In lila strähne 15 year old Florin and his sister Emma are surrounded by the wild forests along the Danube near Vienna.
