2019 Exhibitions

Our 2019 exhibition program focuses on the concept of “America” and the American identity through exhibitions of artists from North and South America. At a time when understanding and appreciating the history and culture in the Americas is particularly important, this program aims to encourage engagement with art representing a variety of life experiences. Artists in this program offer diverse perspectives that explore different facets of the American identity, broadening our concept of “America” and drawing attention to individuals and communities that are overlooked, erased or threatened by the public and the current political administration.
